If you are unsure about a particular color or fabric, we ask that you order a swatch to be absolutely sure. We do not accept returns based on a fabric or color not being what it appeared on the Web site. RETURNS: Our guarantee is that we take pride in offering products of the same quality we look for in our own purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it to us, unused and unwashed within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will issue a refund. (Custom orders and all nursery furniture are not returnable.) FURNITURE PRODUCTION TIMES: Please note that production times on furniture orders vary depending fabrics and frame styles ordered. For fabrics that are in stock at the time of order, APPROXIMATE production time is 6-8 weeks. For out of stock fabrics, please allow approximately 12 weeks. This APPROXIMATE time frame can vary based on things like fabric backorders, delays in material deliveries, extremely high order volume, weather situations across the country, etc. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible and avoid any delays. Occasionally it does happen and we ask you be patient and understand we are working on your behalf. FURNITURE SHIPPING INFO: We do not charge you for shipping. When your chair is ready for shipment, you will be contacted by the freight service to arrange delivery. They will request shipping charges be paid at the time of delivery. Freight charges will be approx. 20% of the cost of the chair. ALL OTHER SHIPPING: We ship all orders Priority Mail to get them to you as quickly as possible. Orders ship 24-48 hours from order date if item is in stock. Any order shipping beyond 48 hours, you will receive notification via e-mail. Shipping costs are based on order total and credits will not be issued for shipping charge differences. Shipping charges will not be refunded for cancelled or returned orders once an item has shipped. PAYMENT: Because most orders are created just for you upon ordering, your credit card will be charged upon placing your order, not at the time of shipment.
