DELIVERY INFO: You will pay shipping and handling charges directly to the freight company, C.O.D. You will notice no shipping charges will appear on your invoice at the time of order. When your furniture is complete and ready for delivery, the freight company will contact you with a freight total and set up a delivery date that works for you. You will pay COD. Freight charges can vary based on the weight of the shipment and the destination for delivery. Delivery charges should be APPROXIMATELY 20% of your order total. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: Furniture pieces will be brought into your home and put in the location of your choice. All packaging will be carefully removed and disposed of by the delivery company. All items will be inspected to be sure everything is perfect. FURNITURE PRODUCTION TIMES: Please note that if the fabric selected is in stock at the time of order, production time should be 6-8 weeks. Delays can vary based on things like fabric backorders, delays in material deliveries, extremely high order volume, weather situations across the country, etc. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible and avoid any delays.
